House Rules

• No smoking allowed.
• Some of our vehicles require a C1 entitlement on your license due to their size. The license requirements are clearly shown against each vehicle on this website. It is your responsibility to ensure you are allowed to drive the vehicle you are booking. We will check your license on the day of departure and you will not be able to take the vehicle away if you legally cannot drive it.
• Waste water and toilet must be emptied and the vehicle cleaned before return, otherwise a £75 charge will be applied.
• The vehicle will be full of diesel on collection and must be returned full, otherwise a £100 charge will be applied.
• Drivers must be between 23 and 75 years old with a maximum of 2 motoring convictions and cannot include BA, DD or UT convictions. They must also not have been involved in more than one fault accident within the last three years and have held a UK or EU license for a minimum of two years
• Vehicles can be collected from 3pm on the day of departure and must be returned by 11am at the end of the hire period.
• The vehicle must be returned by the Return Time otherwise a charge of £35 per hour will be charged for each hour or part thereof it is late.
